How to play ELOH

One board,
one calm listen.

Each ELOH level opens on a quiet board with tones waiting to be arranged. You observe the spirit, place echo pebbles, listen to the phrase, and refine until the harmony resolves.

From first listen to harmony

Four steps. One calm session.

  1. 01

    Survey the board

Note which pebbles are free, which harmony rings wait to wake, and whether rhythm paths hint at order. Later boards may ask for cleaner phrasing, fewer moves, or a single unbroken listen.

The outcome A mental phrase map before placing pebbles.
  2. 02

    Place echo pebbles

Drag pebbles onto tone stones and trigger playback. Shift combinations until the phrase feels right and the harmony ring confirms the layout.

The outcome A sound combination with listen order in mind.
  3. 03

    Listen and adjust

Tap to replay the phrase after each small change. Keep one ear on rhythm paths as resonance pads light when the mix is close.

The outcome Harmony resolved and the board cleared.
  4. 04

    Replay and refine

If the phrase stalls or a tone feels wrong, replay without restarting the level. Move one pebble or swap two tones, then listen again until the harmony settles.

The outcome Harmony complete and the next level unlocked as you progress.

Before you place tones

Small habits that save retries.

  • Count free pebbles. Know how many tones you can still move before locking a long combination.
  • Listen in order. Plan which tone should speak first so rhythm paths stay readable.
  • Set key tones early. Confirm the opening notes of the phrase before filling the rest of the board.
  • Replay freely. Experiment on hard boards—replaying the phrase is part of the puzzle, not a failure state.
